Pricing Information
Prices are per day, for a minimum stay of 4 nights. A surcharge is applied for shorter stays. The local tourist tax is not included and must be paid separately on site. The amount of tax payable is based on the rates set by the municipal authorities at the time of your stay (currently € 1.75 per person per day, from age 14 upward).

Discounts for children
Free stay for children up to age 3 (apart from high season).

Enjoy the natural taste of our fresh elderberry or red currant juice. Sample our delicious fruit compotes, made without any preservatives. Enjoy fresh eggs from happy hens, yoghurt, milk and herbal brew made with dried herbs. Our farm products are included in our delicious breakfast baskets. In addition, for a small payment, you can have fresh, healthy milk straight from our cowshed.

• Arrival & departure
  Arrival: Time of arrival for guests of the apartments from 2.30 p.m.
  Departure: On your day of departure, please vacate your apartment by 9.30 a.m.
  In case of early departure or late arrival, we have to charge the full price of the stay according to your reservation.

• Services not included
  The following services are not included:
  • Breakfast baskets: Our breakfast basket variants with mainly products from our farm, local and regional products:
    Fresh milk from our cows, fresh bread from the local organic baker, homemade cake or cookies, various homemade fruit spreads, honey, homemade yogurt, boiled eggs from our chickens, butter and cheese from South Tyrolean cheese dairies, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, cereal, homemade fruit syrups, coffee, tea or drink chocolate.
  • Fresh milk: in the evening, guests can come and collect fresh, healthy, untreated milk straight from the cowshed or we will gladly bring it to the apartment.
  • Packed lunch (on request)
  • Fresh bread service (on request)
  • Farm products: guests can buy a range of products from our farm (fruit compotes, elderflower or red currant syrup, herbal brew made from dried herbs, fresh eggs, milk, yoghurt).
• Pets
  For your pet we charge 12.00 Euro per night (without food). Please bring the usual basket or blanket for your pet.

• Booking information
  • Booking confirmation: A reservation is binding only after receipt of a € 200.00 confirmation deposit
  • Payment methods: Payment can be made in cash on site, via online banking, or by cheque.

• Cancellation policy
  • Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 months before arrival date.
  • From 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival, a sum equivalent to 3 days' rental will be charged.
  • For cancellations in the last 4 weeks before arrival, the total cost of the booking will be payable.
  • In all cases of cancellation, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

Description:
Our "Mohnblume" apartment has been completely refurbished and equipped with custom-made furniture. Bright rooms, natural materials and a touch of modernity create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Smoking is not allowed in our apartments.
